Growing up I never really felt beautiful, but I could easily see the beauty in other things and people. When I started at Arizona State University, I started realizing that I am beautiful. Although at times, just like everyone else, I had my doubts. I am still in the process of making myself feel beautiful, but that’s a life long process.

In this blog, I want to help others with their journey in feeling beautiful as well as sharing beautiful things.  When you feel beautiful, you also feel happy and when you are happy, it makes others happy. Everyone is beautiful. Especially when you eat healthy, exercise, and take care of yourself.

Seeing beauty in other things and people helps you have a more positive outlook on life. Anything and everything can be beautiful. Whether it was from the way it was designed or the way it grew in nature. Just like Margaret Wolfe Hungerford wrote, “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.”
